Your single event ticket purchase includes a tequila tasting flute, tastings, delicious hors d'oeuvres, entertainment, event program and access to seminars day of the event and most importantly an agave experience like no other.

Industry & Members-only early entry: 4:00 p.m.

Doors open to single event ticket holders: 5:00 p.m.

Tastings and Hors d'oeuvres: 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Seminar: Agave Spirits, Let's Learn the Difference: Tequila, Mezcal, Sotol & Bacanora with Gaston Martines, Founder, IZO Spirits.   6:30-7:00 p.m.

Event concludes 8:00 p.m.

Covid protocols: attendees will need to provide proof of vaccination or present a negative test taken at least 48 hours prior the event.

This is a 21+ event. Tickets are non-refundable, however, you can receive credit to a future event (within one year).

Event

  • Are there any other tasting besides tequila?

    Yes we showcase some mezcal too! This enhances the agave and cuisine experience. Note: there will be a cash bar available should you want to purchase beer, wine or cocktails separately and non-alocholic beverages too. 

  • Is my membership or ticket refundable?

    While it is not refundable, your membership or ticket may be transferable. Meaning, you can transfer it to someone else–the person you wish to transfer to must be 21+ of age. If you have any questions about transfers, email us info@thetequilapeople.com

  • Are Designated Driver Tickets still available with the new membership model?

    Yes, we care deeply about safety. If you have a DD, or you are the DD please note you can purcahse a DD entry to the event at the door for $49. 



  • Do I need my ID to get in?

    Yes - IDs will be checked at the door, this is a 21 and older event. You will need to present us with your ID to verify age and if you are a member of The Tequila People, present your membership card. 

  • How is this different from other events?

    The emphasis is on education, culture and community. All of the brands, vendors, sponsors and partners help make this a well rounded agave experience! We are proud to work solely with master distillers, owners and ambassadors, connecting them to our members is key to understanding their stories and product(s) on a more personal and authentic level. 

  • Is dinner included?

    There will be plenty of chef inspired fun and creative food offerings that pair nicely with agave. 

    Menu includes bites of: coctel de camaron, ahi poke, street corn, pollo asado street taco, braised barbacoa tostada and churro cup. We do recommend you grab a heavy lunch before attending. 

  • Are memberships / tickets available at the door?

    If we have not sold out by the time of the event, this may be an option (no guarantee). Due to space limitations, we will be limiting the amount of memberships and tickets to sell. 

  • What is the dress attire?

    Cocktail attire – this is a first-class agave experience so you will not feel too dressed up if you come in a dress (ladies) or in a sports coat (men). Please no baseball caps, flip flops, shorts or tennis shoes. Dust off those shiny shoes and plan for some fun in a comfortable and festive environment as we honor and celebrate Mexico’s emblematic spirit and its people! 

  • I’m on the fence about becoming a member, I’ve had a bad experience with tequila and I'm not sure I want to revisit it. What should I do?

    You are not alone on this and our answer to you is YES. If you are ready to re-discover tequila, we are your PEOPLE. This is a great community to be a part of!
